Altitude: between 910 meters (3,000 ft) and 1,700 meters (5,500 ft)
Variety: Arabica Typica
Harvest period: November – April
Washed with the traditional system, important body, pleasant and non-aggressive acidity with aromas of fruit, jam, dark cocoa, melted butter and tobacco.
Wood roasted by Roberto Messineo in the San Domenico Roastery in Sant’Antonino di Susa.
Jamaica Blue Mountain is grown only in a regulated area of Jamaica, in the Blue Mountains: only coffees that arrive from plantations between 910 and 1700 meters of altitude can bear this name.
