HONDURAS Coffee comes from the homonymous Central American country, a nation of 110,000 sq km, with a population of about 6 million inhabitants where only Arabica coffee is produced. The harvest takes place since October, for a total of about 6 million bags per year.
Roberto Messineo loves this coffee because it is free from defects, it has everything in balance aromaticity (notes of cocoa, vanilla), body (medium), acidity (low and fine) and soft sweetness. A round coffee without edges or imbalances, with an Italian character. Like all the products of Caffè San Domenico, it is toasted with birch wood.
